Young Adult CIRS Support Circle

Untamed Iona, LLC is excited to announce a new community offering, Young Adult CIRS Support Group, led by Brenda Stewart, LMHC, LPC, and Life Coach.

Living with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS) can turn your world upside down—your energy, your plans, your body, and even your sense of self. When you’re between 18 and 25, it can be especially hard to find people who truly get it.

This Community Support Circle was created for young adults living with CIRS who want connection without comparison, support without pressure, and a place where they don’t have to explain or minimize their experience.

This is not a treatment group or medical program. It’s a peer-based support space where you can:

  • Feel less alone in your experience

  • Connect with others navigating similar challenges

  • Share honestly (or just listen)

  • Learn gentle tools for emotional and nervous system support

  • Build a sense of belonging during a season that often feels uncertain

You are welcome exactly as you are—whether you’re newly diagnosed, years into symptoms, or still trying to make sense of what’s happening in your body.

Series Schedule

The group will meet the following Thursdays at 5pm eastern time online via Zoom.

  • March 26th

  • April 2nd

  • April 9th

  • April 16th

  • April 23rd

  • April 30th

Cost is $249 for 6 group sessions. Space is limited. Reach out to register today!

*Please note this is a community support group rather than a therapy group. Brenda will lead the group as a Life Coach and not in a patient/provider relationship.
